Vivco Caribbean Manufacturing, Inc. uses the name, email address, partner category and project details you submit to respond to your inquiry, assess project fit and coordinate requested follow-up. Please do not submit confidential formulas or sensitive documents.

Who handles your information

Authorized VIVCO personnel and service providers that support the website and inquiry handling may process your information. These include Vercel for hosting and Supabase for inquiry storage. VIVCO may use Notion and OpenAI/ChatGPT for internal tracking and assisted administration. We do not sell inquiry information or publish it on this website. We discuss sharing project details with manufacturing or logistics partners with you before doing so.

Technical information

Hosting providers process request information to operate and secure the site. The inquiry service uses a one-way keyed hash of your IP address to limit repeated submissions. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Temporary browser session storage keeps a request identifier and a hash of your inquiry so retrying does not create duplicate records.

Retention and requests

Inquiry records are reviewed after 12 months and deleted when no longer needed for active business discussions, legal obligations or recordkeeping. You may request access, a correction or deletion by emailing info@vivco.co. We verify the requester before releasing or changing personal information.
